The merchant journey
From business review to integration.
Merchant application
The merchant provides corporate, ownership, website, product, settlement and risk information through the Livitpay workflow.
Sponsor underwriting
The regulated sponsor/acquirer performs or approves final KYB, risk classification and merchant acceptance.
Integration
The merchant activates a Livitpay-enabled checkout using sponsor-approved technical components.
Payment
The payer confirms a card-not-present payment. Livitpay packages and transmits the tokenized instruction to the sponsor.
Direct settlement
The sponsor/acquirer processes, clears and settles directly to the merchant’s verified bank account.
Approval & settlement
Final approval stays with the sponsor.
All merchants remain subject to final review and approval by the sponsor/acquirer. The sponsor/acquirer may apply reserves, settlement schedules, monitoring or additional conditions according to the merchant’s risk profile. Approved proceeds are settled directly to the verified merchant bank account.
