The website provides information about Livitpay’s payment technology, merchant-enablement model and software/advisory services. It does not constitute merchant approval, a deposit invitation or a binding commercial commitment. Service scope and availability depend on the relevant market, applicable requirements and the agreed partner arrangements.
Separate agreements
Any software, advisory, partner or merchant service requires a separate written agreement. Submitting an enquiry or requesting an NDA does not create that agreement or an NDA. Approval, pricing, currencies and settlement conditions are subject to the relevant provider’s requirements and final contracts.
Permitted use
Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, overload the service, impersonate another person, submit misleading information or use forms for spam. Do not submit payment credentials, identity documents or confidential third-party information through public forms.
